1. The successful competitor(s) will be determined in accordance with these rules and the procedures set out in the Daily Mail newspaper, The Mail on Sunday newspaper or the Evening Standard newspaper ("the Newspaper"), which are deemed to be incorporated in these rules.
2. The prize(s) are as set out in the Newspaper. No competitor can elect an alternative to it/them.
3. No competitor can win more than one prize in any contest.
4. All entries must include the competitor's name and address and where appropriate be completed in ink or ball-point pen.
5. Publicity may be given to each winner and the prizes will be presented in such a way and at such places as may be determined by the Editor of the Newspaper. The Newspaper reserves the right to feature/use names and photographs in future promotions.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries damaged, lost or mislaid whether before or after delivery to the Newspaper. Failure of an entry to be delivered by the date or in the manner specified will make the entry invalid. In no circumstances will any person, agency or organisation to whom an entry is entrusted for delivery be regarded or treated as the [Newspaper] agent. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery and no entry shall be treated as delivered unless it is actually received by the Newspaper at the place and in the manner prescribed by the terms of the competition.
7. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. Employees and agents of the group which publishes the Newspaper or those of any other national newspaper company or of any company associated with the promotion are not eligible to take part, nor are their relatives or members of their families or households.
9. The determination and decision of the Editor (or the judges if judges have been announced in the Newspaper) shall be final. The Editor (or such judges) reserve the right in their absolute discretion to change the rules at any time and to disqualify any entry.
10. The Editor in the event of circumstances arising which, in his opinion, make this desirable, may cancel the competition or any part thereof at any stage without obligation or liability on the part of the newspaper to any competitor. In particular but without limitation this power may be exercised if there has been a mistake in any aspect of the conduct of the competition . Neither the Newspaper nor its servants, agents or contractors shall be legally liable to competitors if the result is affected by any mistake or error of any description.
11. A list of winners will be available after the closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Promotions, Associated Newspapers Limited, 2 Derry Street, London W8 5TT.
